Dear Fellow HKRCSS Members 各位滑翔機會會員,

The year of 2009 is coming to an end soon. Thanks for your supports, this year is a fruitful year for HKRCSS. We have organized many activities for our members and their guests. We hope that you would find some of these activities interesting and we would try to organize more activities for you in the coming year.
2009年很快便要過去。全憑大家支持，今年滑翔機會才能辦得如此成功。在過去的一年間，我們為各位會員及各機友舉辦了多項活動。想你們定必會對其中之部份活動感到興趣。在未來一年，我們會繼續為大家安排更多活動，希望各位繼續多加支持。

The annual general meeting for the year 2009 will be held on Sunday, 24 January 2010. Venue will be the same place as last year at Choi Wan Estate. Details can be found in the HKRCSS web site. The tickets for the AGM and Annual Dinner are available now. Please contact me or other office bearers to reserve for the tickets. Hope I can see you all at the dinner.
2009年度之週年大會已摘定在2010年1月24日舉行，地點與去年一樣，在彩雲村的彩龍大酒樓內舉行。詳情可參閱滑翔機會網頁。週年大會及團年飯的入場券現在已經發售，有興趣預訂座位的，可以聯絡我或各委員。希望到時可以見到大家。

We now invite members to nominate the office bearers of HKRCSS for the year 2009. The office bearers are: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Secretary. If you have any plan proposed, you can send your nomination with a Proposer and a Seconder to the nomination committee chairman, Ken Ma at ken@hkrcss.org. The deadline for nomination is 22 January 2010. An election will be held in AGM to elect the year 2009 office bearers from the nominated teams.
現在已是時候接受各會員提名新一屆滑翔機會之主要幹事了。主要幹事由下面四位所組成：主席、副主席、財務 及 秘書。有意作出提名的，請將名單連同建議者及和議者的姓名一起交給提名委員會主席Ken Ma, 他的電郵地址是 ken@hkrcss.org。 截止時間是 2009年 1月22日。所有名單會在週年大會上讀出，由各會員投票決定。

09年只舉行了5場賽事，參賽人數又少，肯定收人也 少，造獎杯造到咁豪就會蝕本啦！不過我是其中一個得益者就講聲多謝先！

10年參賽人數多，而且今年運程已經改變，風大大，全年12場賽事都可能搞得成啊，收人唔係問題既！
